This is only possible if your order has not yet been shipped.
Please log in to your account and check the status of your order by clicking on ‘your order history’. If the order status reads ‘in process’ then it may be possible to change your order before it is despatched. If you wish to change your order you must email us with your name, order number and address as soon as you can.
If the order status reads ‘shipped’ then I'm afraid it's too late!
