How long does it take?
If you place your order before 2pm on a weekday, we aim to despatch it the same day. Orders received after this time and at weekends will be sent the next working day.
Please note all orders require a signature on receipt.
UK – we use Royal Mail Recorded Delivery for all UK orders. Your parcel should be with you 2-4 working days after despatch. If it has not arrived after 5 working days, please contact us with your name, order number and delivery address so that we can look into it for you.
Rest of World – we use Royal Mail International Signed For Delivery for all overseas orders. Your parcel should be with you 7-10 working days after despatch. If it has not arrived after 11 working days, please contact us with your name, order number and delivery address so that we can look into it for you.
