Unfortunately we can’t confirm receipt of your returns. We do recommend that you use a delivery service with a tracking system such as Royal Mail Recorded Delivery, so that you can be sure it has arrived with us.
We aim to process refunds and exchanges within 3 working days of receiving the return. We will either email you with confirmation of your refund, or send your exchange to you.
