How do I return/exchange an item?
In the very unlikely event you are not completely happy with your purchases, please return any items to us in their original, unworn condition with all tags and/or packaging intact, within 7 days of receipt. Please email us first to arrange the return, quoting your name, order number, reason for return and whether a refund or exchange will be required. Items returned to us without this communication may not get processed.
You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item/s to us and the goods remain your responsibility until they reach us. We strongly recommend you use a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods, such as Royal Mail Recorded Delivery.
Please note that in the interests of hygiene, we cannot accept returns for items such as pierced jewellery, underwear or swimwear. This will be indicated in the item description on the website.
Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment, minus the initial shipping costs. You will be notified of the refund by email.
Exchanges can only be made for the equivalent value or less. If you wish to exchange for an item of higher value you will need to place a new order online and return the original item for a refund. Once we receive your return and process your exchange we will have to charge you for the new shipping costs, but will contact you first for your permission.
