When will my card be charged?
If you are paying via Paypal their terms will apply and, once your payment is authorised, you will be sent a confirmation email from girlgang.
If you are paying via credit/debit card on Barclaycard Merchant Services ePDQ the following will apply:
When you reach the final stage of checkout and your order is submitted, your bank/card issuer is contacted to obtain authorisation for your payment. If they authorise the payment you will receive a confirmation email within a few minutes and payment will be taken.
If we have a query with your order we will be in touch as soon as possible. If for any reason we are unable to despatch your order, we will issue a full refund either directly back to your card, or via Paypal – whichever method of payment was used.
