Please be aware that this is a micro business, and more often than not a one person operation, so your patience is appreciated during busy times! 🙏

Standard UK shipping is £4.99

Orders over £85 get FREE shipping - this is automatically applied at checkout.

Your order will be processed within 1-2 working days and will be sent via a 2-3 day trackable service. We cannot provide next day delivery but aim to get your order to you as soon as possible.

I currently only sell within the UK, so apologies if you are in another country and wish to buy from me. Brexit and the tariff war have made it impossible for small businesses like mine to sell internationally.

RETURNS

Please refer to our size guide before ordering to reduce any need to return items that don't fit correctly 🙏

For the same reason that we are a small biz, we cannot provide a free returns service as the cost is prohibitive.

Unless an item is faulty, customers are responsible for any return postage costs and a trackable service is recommended.

Please email us to arrange your return, quoting your order number and with the subject line 'Return request' and we will send you instructions. On receipt of your package the price of the order will be refunded to you, less the original postage costs (if applicable), via the payment method used to order.

Please ensure that items are returned unused and in their original packaging with any labels or tags still attached.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned; gift cards, earrings for pierced ears and lingerie.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since receiving your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
